Some of the brilliantly added infrastructure facilities include a well-equipped gymnasium, senior citizen area, jogging track, CCTV cameras in common areas, meditation center, four speed lifts with battery backup, multipurpose hall, party lawn, badminton court ,driver’s rest room and indoor games facility.

Each residence would have intercom facility, video door phone. Vehicle car wash facility, security cabin, firefighting system, furnished entrance lobby.

The project has been designed to benefit the environment as well. Systems like solar heated water system, rain water harvesting and solar power-enabled common lighting will also be installed.
